Hoodia Gordonii, Is it Really the Weight Loss Miracle They Say?

Hoodia Gordonii is a spiny desert plant found native in the southern regions of Africa and has been used in herbal folk remedies for generations. The indigenous peoples of the area have used the herb to treat indigestion and to fight infection, and it has been used as an appetite suppressant on long hunts in the desert.

The latter use for Hoodia Gordonii has garnered plenty of interest in the West and as a result has become a component of numerous natural weight reduction plans.

Hoodia Gordoni is a nearly extinct plant, and as such it's use, and cultivation is closely monitored.

Hoodia Gordonii is believed by many people to be able to decrease your appetite, but the dosage required to accomplish this is actually larger than most websites have reported.

With a dist of simple sugars and refined carbohydrates, the herb also works best in a carbohydrate-controlled diet and a stable blood sugar level, as the plant does not react in the same way.
