Circulatory System - What Keeps Your Heart Pumping

By Cole Smyth

How much does a someone knows about the heart? Well we know that without one, or 1 that is not operating in good order we would not be able to live.

We know that it the pumping system for the labyrinth of blood vessels that flow through our body that we recognise as the circulatory system .Some of us know that the heart has four rooms or compartments, that have to do with blood getting in and blood getting out. We are also aware of the signs that the heart is running into problems. In early years we have become more careful as to how we can take care of our hearts. Then there was really nothing for us to know about already right? there are doctors around to assist to us right? Then if this is the event what else do we need to know?

Well, at least we do recognise how to look after circulatory system and keep our heart healthy . It would appear to me though, with such an fundamental item as my heart which is my lifeline, I personally want to know everything I can about how it works, so I can provide the best care possible. Yes, we all read health articles and thats where most of our general wisdom comes from. This is a extraordinary source of information, but there is 1 trouble. It is generalised. In other words it applies to anybody, which of course makes sense, anybody has a heart.

My issue is, were also told that every living person is unique, no 2 mortals are the identical. We all believe this, so then I want to acknowledge everything about my very own heart. Its mine personally so it wants care that is personal. So what I have said so far makes sense. If I am going to look after something very priceless ,then I need to know all I can about that thing in order to give it the best care I can. Not only must itake care of my heart, my circulatory system too.

What else left do i not know about the heart? that would be structural in my care of my very own heart. Lets start with what its constructed of , which is muscle tissue. Most of us would know that. If you dont know anything about the basics of muscles, then how do you know whats good for your heart, being as its one large muscle?

That gets me to reasoning. If I knew some more about how to take care of my muscle tissue then I would be having two aims. That would mean every muscle in my system would profit. So my own decision is, before I go any further with working out just what makes my very own personal heart tick, I need to learn more about the muscles. This is the 1st move, before I even look at the balance of the circulatory system.

I for 1, am very much shamed for not taking responsibility for my own heart and circulatory system health. I fear that perhaps I have fell into the trap of becoming wellness lazy, meaning, that oh well if somethings revealed l'll just run to the Doctor and hell fix it. Not only in regards to the circulatory system ,but other regions of my health as well. This type of mental attitude is partially what has leave us into the Doctor shortage crisis some arenas are facing, as well as the multitude of money that is spent on healthcare. - 16752
