Is it possible to build muscles without any weights? A lot of may say this is very unlikely, but by using the right strategies and methods this can definetely be accomplished. Here's an inventory of the things you want to do to build the muscle you need without using any weights.

Why not use the push up, but just make it harder to do. By adding a level of difficulty to this exercise, you can really build your chest muscles quickly. To make the push up a little more difficult, place your feet on a chair where then more weight is placed on your chest. Your chest will have to work harder to do the push up, and hence will build muscle faster.

The inclined push-up we revealed in building your chest can also build the shoulders. But if you really want to isolate your shoulder muscles without weights try doing pull-ups. Pull-ups, if done correctly, are difficult to do but will build your shoulder muscles nicely. Further, if you widen your grip you should be able to really isolate your shoulder muscles and build them up quickly.
